High-Rise Window Cleaning
From the 80th-floor curtain wall to the lobby vestibule, we deliver streak-free clarity on every pane.

High-rise window cleaning is the discipline Salt Line Building Group was built around. With 40 years of combined ownership experience on towers across Florida and the Southeast, our crews are trained, certified, and audited to the strictest fall-protection and rigging standards in the industry. Whether your property is a 12-story office, a 50-story hotel, or a mixed-use icon on the Tampa Bay skyline, we engineer a cleaning plan that protects your tenants, your glass, and your operating schedule.
Access methods we deploy
We never force a single method on a building. Instead, our project managers survey the structure and choose the access system that delivers the safest, fastest, and most cost-effective result.
- Rope access (IRATA / SPRAT certified) — ideal for complex façades, atriums, and buildings without permanent BMUs.
- Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) — operation, inspection, and pre-use load testing of the building's existing roof rig.
- Swing stages and motorized scaffolding — for large continuous façades and post-construction work.
- Boatswain chairs — efficient single-drop work on mid-rise buildings.
- Aerial lifts and articulating booms — for podium-level glass, canopies, and lower curtain walls.
- Water-fed pole systems with deionized water — pole-reach work up to 70 feet, fully ground-based.
What's included in every cleaning
Each scheduled cleaning is a full envelope service, not just a wipe-down. Our technicians clean glass, frames, mullions, sills, and gaskets, and report any glass damage, failed seals, or sealant issues they observe.
- Exterior and interior glass on all elevations
- Aluminum frames, mullions, and window sills wiped
- Hard-to-reach atrium, skylight, and clerestory glass
- Spot-free finish using ultra-pure (DI/RO) water
- Photo-documented condition report after each visit
Frequencies that actually work in Florida
Tampa Bay's coastal environment — salt aerosol, pollen, hurricane debris, and sub-tropical rain — drives a very different cleaning calendar than a northern city. We help owners build a frequency that protects glass coatings without overspending.
- Class A office towers: typically every 8–12 weeks exterior
- Hotels and hospitality: monthly or bi-monthly exterior
- Coastal / waterfront properties: every 6–8 weeks to fight salt etching
- Medical and corporate campuses: customized to entrance traffic
