Post-Construction Cleanup

From punch list to ribbon cutting — the last clean before tenants arrive.

Post-Construction Cleanup

Post-construction cleanup is one of the most demanding phases of a build because it has to deliver a flawless first impression on a compressed schedule. Salt Line Building Group partners with general contractors, glaziers, and developers across Tampa Bay to deliver clean, occupant-ready exteriors. We mobilize fast, work safely alongside other trades, and produce documentation that supports turnover and warranty closeout.

Glass scrape and final clean

Construction glass arrives with a layer of mortar slurry, paint overspray, label adhesive, silicone splatter, and concrete dust. Improperly scraped glass can develop permanent micro-scratches, leading to expensive replacement claims. Our technicians follow IWCA-recommended scraping protocols matched to the glass coating type.

  • Manufacturer-approved scraping techniques on tempered, low-E, and coated glass
  • Adhesive and label removal without solvent damage to gaskets
  • Mortar, stucco, and grout splatter removal
  • Final detail clean of frames, mullions, and sills

Façade and perimeter detail

We finish the building envelope so the project hands over clean: pressure cleaning of sidewalks and entry plazas, removal of construction staining from concrete and metal, polishing of architectural metals, and removal of protective films from elevators, doors, and storefront systems.

Coordination with the GC schedule

We staff to the schedule. That includes night work, weekend mobilizations, and phased turnover where lower floors are released to tenants while upper floors are still being completed.
