Inspections & Condition Reports

The data your engineering and finance teams need to plan the next five years.

Inspections & Condition Reports

Capital planning, insurance underwriting, lender requirements, and warranty disputes all start with the same question: what condition is the façade actually in? Salt Line Building Group delivers structured, photo-documented inspections of the exterior envelope — glass, sealant, metal, stone, and flashings — that your engineers, brokers, and asset managers can act on.

What an inspection covers

We deploy rope-access technicians to physically reach every elevation rather than rely on drone or boom-only views. Hands-on inspection catches issues that photography from a distance always misses.

  • Glass — scratches, edge damage, seal failure, coating defects
  • Sealants — adhesive and cohesive failure, missing backer rod, gunning defects
  • Metals — oxidation, finish failure, fastener issues
  • Stone & masonry — spalling, cracking, biological growth, joint failure
  • Anchors, soffits, and accessible flashings
