Pressure washing on a commercial property is a chemistry problem before it is a water problem. Used incorrectly, high pressure can spall concrete, shred sealants, drive water into wall cavities, and void warranties on coated metals. Salt Line Building Group's pressure and soft-wash program pairs calibrated equipment with biodegradable, surfactant-based detergents that lift soils, mildew, biofilm, and pollution staining without damaging the substrate.

Soft wash for biological staining
Mildew, algae, and the black streaking common on Florida buildings cannot be solved with pressure alone — pressure only spreads spores. Our soft-wash process uses a low-pressure application of bleach-based or peroxide-based cleaning solutions to kill the organism at its root, then rinses with clean water.
Water management & environmental compliance
Stormwater runoff is regulated. We capture, contain, and dispose of wash water as required by local jurisdiction, including berm-and-vacuum recovery for parking decks and food-service zones. Our crews are trained on SWPPP and EPA best management practices.
